Document uploads for 190/489 application form

We are experiencing some systems issues with the 190/489 application form. Some applicants have been unable to upload work experience/qualification documents in the application form.

If you are unable to upload your work experience/qualification document(s):

• Check that the file size is less than 4MB
• If you have multiple documents, try scanning them into one document
• If you are experiencing difficulties, try using another browser such as Google Chrome
• If you are still unable to attach them, email the work experience/qualification documents to gsm.sa@sa.gov.au and include your GSM application reference number.
