Immigration SA would like to announce that it will re-open the application system for 188/132 State nomination applications on Monday 9th July 2018 at 9am (South Australian time).
Application availability will be confirmed at time of submission. If you are asked for a payment it means you have secured a processing place.
To recognise the commitment to South Australian being shown by prospective nominated applicants, only 132 and 188a – Business Innovation applicants who have previously visited South Australia will be able to apply for State nomination. Evidence of this will need to be provided in the State nomination application.

- 188 business nomination requirements, including acceptable forms of evidence, can be viewed on the 'Before you apply' tab located here
If an 132/188a applicant cannot evidence this, the State application will be refused.
The previously visited South Australia does not apply to 188b – Investor or 188c – Significant Investor Visa applicants.
