Immigration SA is pleased to announce we will be implementing new nomination requirements for South Australia’s Significant Investor (SIV) program, aimed at making South Australia a more attractive destination to live and invest.
Immigration South Australia is now accepting nomination applications for subclass 188c nomination applications that satisfy the below requirements.
Subclass 188c Provisional Visa Nomination Requirement
Commitment to investing at least A$5 million in complying investments as defined by the Austrade complying investment framework.
Subclass 888c Permanent Visa Nomination Requirement
- Demonstrate that the Complying Investment materially benefited the South Australian economy;
or - the applicant has demonstrated their commitment to live and/or invest in South Australia.
In addition to meeting Immigration SA’s nomination criteria, applicants must also meet DIBP’s eligibility criteria.
